Tom Vaughn - Director of Operations for the Loxahatchee River District. Mr. Vaughn has over twenty-five years experience in this industry and holds a (A) license in both Drinking Water and Wastewater in the State of Florida, Ohio, Kentucky and in Pennsylvania. Mr. Vaughn's Wastewater Facility over at the Loxahatchee River District is a 12.2 million-gallon per day pure-oxygen process, one of the largest wastewater facilities in the State of Florida.
